What We Offer

Independence Blue Cross and Aetna offer a variety of group plans to businesses covering 2 or more employees. All group plans have comprehensive coverage and comply with health care reform requirements including 100% coverage for certain preventive care, benefits for dependents up to age 26 and no annual or lifetime dollar maximums.

Independence Blue Cross plans include Personal Choice PPO (a preferred provider organization), Keystone Health Plan East HMO, Point of Service (POS) and Health Savings Accounts (HSA). We offer dental insurance through United Concordia and vision coverage is provided by Davis Vision. All plans are available to groups of 2 or more.

Aetna, the other major carrier in the Philadelphia region, offers a wide choice of health care plans, from traditional plans like HMO, PPO and POS to innovative consumer directed plans including HSA & HRA plans that are easy to implement and use. Vision coverage is included in every Aetna plan and dental insurance is available as well.

Individual Medical Plans are available through Keystone HMO and Aetna. These plans are competitively priced and an invaluable resource for those who do not have access to a group plan.

Short Term Medical Plans are available from 30 days up to 6 months. Used as an interim plan by those between jobs (temporarily unemployed), the newly employed who are in a waiting period for group coverage, and dependents coming off their parent's health plan.

Short and Long Term Disability Group Plans are available from a variety of carriers. Plans will pay a percentage of salary for employees who are disabled. Contact us for more information.

We also offer Group Life and Accidental Death & Dismemberment Plans — We can tailor a plan to fit your needs from a variety of carriers. Benefits can be structured as multiples of salary or flat amounts by class of employees.
