What We Offer A wide variety of plans are available to business firms, partnerships and the self-employed who are active Chamber members, regardless of age, occupation or pre-existing medical conditions. We have Medical Plans with Independence Blue Cross: Traditional Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Personal Choice (a preferred provider organization), Keystone Health Plan East HMO and Point of Service. We offer dental insurance through United Concordia and vision coverage is provided by Clarity Vision. All plans are available to groups of 2 or more and to a variety of individual professionals. A Sole Proprietor Plan is available through Keystone Health Plan East — medical and prescription. Short Term Medical Plans are available from 30 days up to 6 months. Used as an interim plan by students graduating from college, those between jobs (temporarily unemployed), the newly employed who are in a waiting period for group coverage, and dependents coming off their parent's health plan. Short and Long Term Disability Group Plans are available from a variety of carriers. Plans will pay a percentage of salary for employees who are disabled. Contact us for more information. We offer Group Life and Accidental Death & Dismemberment Plans — We can tailor a plan to fit your needs from a variety of carriers. Benefits can be structured as multiples of salary or flat amounts by class of employees.
